Well I don't think you hate me at all, so I'm not going to argue with you. You totally heart me.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

i wonder what would have been had lindros not farged his wife.

i really havent been much of a flyer fan since that, and since they traded this guy away. i am happy for rod brind'amour. one of my all time favorites, if anyone deserved it, he did.

i watched my first full hockey game start to finish last night since about 2001 (since the farging collapse vs the devils when up 3-1)...

My boys and i are heading up tonight to check out the Flyers Draft party at Chickie and Petes.  Probably heading over to see Belladona at oasis after that  8)

Rome

They had little choice, IGY.

He wasn't going to re-sign with Florida after next year anyway and rather than run the risk of getting nothing in return for him next year, they got a big-time player in Bertuzzi who needed a change of scenery.

They still have to re-sign Bertuzzi because he's also a free agent after next year but at least there's a chance they'll re-sign him whereas Luongo was walking for sure.

BTW: I doubt Luongo will stay in Vancouver after next year.  Hopefully, the Flyers will go after him in 2007 free agency period.  Knowing Clarke, though, I wouldn't bet on it.
