Well, I'm just saying that Patten would only contribute to them being awful... not fix the problem or even help at all.

I'd actually rather get Thrash back than get Patten.  THAT's sad.

A 130-page mishmash of all news related to every player in the NFL is probably inferior to having 50 different, easily searchable threads with descriptive subjects.

The goal is to eventually have each section on the board consolodated into one thread.  Corporate downsizing is making it's way to the internets.

I made a comment in the Offensive FA Tracker thread about Suggs getting the axe (ironically, the only person who replied to it was reese  :sly).

I would be okay with the Eagles bringing him in. He would take the C-Buck spot over, and probably do decent job of it. Suggs isn't going to wow anyone, but he is, IMO, probably better than any RB we have behind Westy and Moats.

I don't know about that, what about Perry? I know he is an injury risk but when dude stays healthy he is a good ball player.  According to PE.com he has bulked up to 213 lbs so maybe he will be better equipped to run the way he does.

I'll take Suggs over Perry any goddamned day of the week.

For some reason I have just always liked Perry, though I would not be disappointed if the Eagles added Suggs.  Remember though that Perry is currently the #1 KR.

Fire Mahe, bring in Suggs.  Problem solved.  Let's go get a bear.

Ah, yes I forgot about getting rid of Mahe.  I am always down for getting a "bear".

Patriots | Sullivan acquired in trade
Mon, 5 Jun 2006 12:32:00 -0700

Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the New Orleans Saints have traded DL Johnathan Sullivan to the New England Patriots for WR Bethel Johnson.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.
