Rowand just made the Top Ten/Web Gems again.

:o

What an amazing catch. Rowand is astouding. Never ceases to wow me.

Christ.

It's GF, that Cowgirls fan, and me on the entire board.

I have the thread pretty much to myself. I'm gonna stick my meatcicle in the mashed potatoes......

Watching Garciaparra getting ready to hit angers me greatly. Dude looks like an obsessive compulsive nutcase.

There is zero doubt in my mind that he likes it when Mia straps one on and gives him the business.

Nomah's little routine he does before each time he steps in the box is annoying. He deserves a good four seamer in the earhole for that because it irritates me.

Anyways, good win tonight.

Madson started off so well tonight and then imploded.

Anyone notice that all of his problems were when he was pitching out of the stretch? There was a lot of stuff these last few days about how him and Dubee lowered his hand placement while in the stretch from his chest to his waist. But tonight he was all over the place when runners were on.

The Dodgers have some nice young talent. Ethier, Kemp, Aybar and that 3B all look good. And they still have a bunch of good prospects in their farm system. Andy LaRoche is a top 3B prospect.

Eude Brito goes this afternoon. Let's hope he throws well. We need it.

Kemp has a cannon arm in right. Wheels told us this nugget of info about 300 times tonight.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

He's probably one of Shawn Kemp's 532 kids.

I read on the Phils MB that Kevin Kennedy insinuated on the Dodgers pre-game show that the ChiSox were looking to get Rowand back in return for John Garland.

I call bullshtein.

MDS

Kennedy is that fat slob on the Fox Saturday pregame shows. He probably has less contacts than Glen Macnow.

One good thing to see is that Ryan Franklin is offically in the dog house. It took...about 2 months, but he no longer will be used in meaningful spots. Looks like Cormier is the new 7th inning guy. Still would like to a have better rh set up man than Geary, though.

Yeah, it is nice to see Franklin not called upon. I would trust Condrey and Sanches before him.

And I think Kevin Kennedy is bangin Jeannie Zelasko. She is rumored to be taking James Brown's spot on the Fox pregame show, BTW. Well, one of the rumored people to be in the running.

Maybe Pat Gillick can find a solid RHP to trade for.

MDS

The only time I wanted to bang her was around her pregnancy, when her cans were farging huge. Theres no way Kennedy is tapping that. No way.

I watched that in disbelief. He was actually owning their line-up for 3.75 innings. He looked great, and I was thinking, "Okay, maybe this kid is starting to get it down now", and then all at once, he went in the can. It's rare to see a guy go from so strong and controlled, to sloppy that quick. He made a mistake or two in his delivery, and then the mental part got to him I think.

Manuel and Dubee basically said yesterday that Floyd is a vadge and needs to not be a vadge before he comes back to the main club...

farging game is blacked out. I can't watch or listen to it at all. farging corksucking Fox. I hate this bullshtein. Willing to pay to watch my team play, and still can't. What a zesty farging day.

I'm so farging pissed about not being able to see/listen to the game that I just sent a nasty-gram to FOX and my cable provider. Below is what I sent to FOX, I sent something similar to the cable company. While I am screwed with FOX, I just told my cable company that I am ditching them in favor of Verizon/Direct TV. Cable company probably can't do dick about what FOX blacks out and what it doesn't, but maybe if they lose a few bucks they'll bitch too. farging fargers.

QuoteWhy is that in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area I am unable to watch the MLB games on FOX (which are blacked out everywhere else, including MLB.com, thanks to FOX), such as the Phillies vs. Dodgers this Saturday (June 3, 2006)?  M*A*S*H or Stargate Atlantis are what the cable provider/FOX has replaced it with? What a joke. Does anyone watch that? Regardless, I will make an effort to avoid your programing in the future until you enable fans of baseball and other sports to view their favorite teams when they are playing the game. Does it make any sense to blackout the games everywhere else (other stations and/or internet access), but then not broadcast them on any of your channels? Hopefully, there are plenty more customers who feel the same as I do, and they will also avoid your stations in the future. I will make every attempt to ensure that anyone I associate with knows this is how FOX treats their customers, and will urge them to treat future FOX broadcasts and products the same as I.
