It doesn't even matter if there's a game going on, then.

free beer >>>>>>>>> watching the Phillies

I don't even see it as a contest.  Even if the Phillies were good enough to go 157-5.

SunMo

beer is cheap....getting it free isn't the end all of life

I agree up until playoff time.  So I guess I agree 100% of the time.

absolutely true....i wont go to sporting events if it doesnt have a philly team involved...and i definitely wouldnt do it if it meant missing a philly teams game...you can even ask my girl...she despises me for it

despite my undying hatred for the taterskins, i don't hate the rest of he washington teams nearly as much.  i go to a lot of wizards and caps games, especially if i get hooked up with some good free seats.  a couple people i know have real good seats that they sometimes give away if they can't make it.

plus it's a nice change watching a game when you actually just want a good game and could care less who actually wins.  oh, and it's still beer and sports.

furthermore, i watch about 5 phillies games a year on tv, baseball on tv is the worst.  at the stadium is geat but i can't watch it indoors.

ice grillin you

yeah well if you dont really care about the phils that changes everything...you def gotta go for the free beer and food

i despise all washington sports....especially the caps...nats are gaining tho (skins of course are on another planet from all other teams washington or not)
