I think Brown, Pinkston, and Gaffney are our starting trio to open up the season.

Absolutely no chance in that.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

You're right.  A 3rd round pick might beat out Pinkston.  Good point.

Guess you'll just have to wait till when Moulds is a Texan and Walker is a training camp holdout to believe me.

The Eagles may be cheap, but they aren't stupid. They know going into the season with the WRs we have gives us no chance to make it to the Superbowl. It will be addressed with a proven guy.

Did you forget that we went into 3 seasons with Thrash/Pinkston/Mitchell as our starting trio?

The BIGSTUD

We didn't make it to the Superbowl with them, and also the NFC is a lot better now than it was.

We made it with Greg Lewis not Thrash.

Just realize that your hopes and dreams are different from the reality of the Eagles front office.

We did it with Pinkston, Mitchell and Glew. Would you say Glew is a hole lot better then Thrash? Hes better, but not by much.

Unless this report about Moulds is true and the Packers won't trade Walker for anything, tell me why they can't be Eagles?

OK, then I'll ask you.

If the Eagles go into the season with the receivers the way they are, do you honestly think they'll make it to the Superbowl?

I don't even think winning the division is a given either.

If Westbrook is shut down then you can kiss the offense goodbye. It will be one-dimensional and our best WR will be a 2nd year guy who still has a lot to learn. I love Reggie, don't get me wrong, but is he ready to carry an offense when the running game is shut down?

No, I don't think this team is good enough to win a SuperBowl. They're obviously going back towards a 'spread the wealth' offense and don't think a true #1 is essential. Only way Moulds is coming here is if he substantially drops his asking price (probably by half). Walker doesn't look like an option either, if the Eagles thought WR was that big a necessity don't you think they would have addressed it beyond signing Gaffney to a 1 year deal?
