I hope this is like Trotter going to KC and CIN last year.

Go visit. Get an offer and get your ass back.

Well, scratch the need for a bigger back off your list...

Buckhalter's already "75-80%" back!

:-D :-D :-D

What a farging joke.

I'd rather they see if Thomas Tapeh can play.

2. Na'il Diggs - A solid SAM 'backer from GB. He has had some injury problems if I recall correctly but when he is right he is a good player.

Whoo hoo.  This year's version of Nate Wayne.

You know, this will shock precisely no one....but this year's Eagles offseason really blows so far.  Very annoying.

I don't think the moves they've made are bad ones.  I just think they've left too many chances to improve the team on the table.  They absolutely must re-sign Runyan.  MUST.  But that only makes the off-season so far a C- or so.

Zanshin

Of course, but the non-moves are biggies.

Once all of the Pro Bowl WRs and LBs are cut in June, we're going to snatch all of them up, don't you all realize that?  then we're going to draft 4 Pro Bowlers in the draft.

Duh.

PoopyfaceMcGee

This year's June cuts will be extremely lean at best, but you already knew that.

thats my point, not sure where everyone think these quality players are going to miraculously come from.  most teams don't like cutting good players that late.

Yeah, but Free Agency just started...oops, I mean...Peterson's still out there ...whoops, well there's always that chance that Moulds will be released...well...there's still an outside chance we'll re-sign Runyan. We also have the draft to look forward to and June 1st cuts. Give me a friggen break, this offseason has been a disaster.

And for the front office apologists, please spare me the "go root for another team then" bit.

Zanshin

Nah, I think even the most die-hard apologists would have to agree that things haven't gone well.  At least the ones with any sense of realism.

They're out there.

I thought the front office did a fine job up until now... even last offseason, when the only FA addition was Mike McMahon.  They did a good job in the draft last year, and the McNabb injury coupled with the Owens fallout doomed the team to failure.  Other injuries, obviously, didn't help either.

HOWEVER, they had an opportunity this season after learning about some weak links on the roster to go out and improve the team and give others a chance to succeed, and I don't think they've taken enough of those opportunities or shown enough interest in taking ones that are still available.
