Randle-El--7 years, 31M--11.5SB--for a 4th reciever and punt returner?

Shaeffer--a LT the Falcons didn't even want back, and the Browns give him the SAME CONTRACT AS BENTLEY?

Witherspoon--6 years, 31M and 15M SB

Anthony Weaver--5 years, 25M AND A 12M SB?

IMHO, the only FA that got a contract commensurate with his skills was James--4 years and 30M is about right for him.

The BIGSTUD

I definitely agree.

The taterskins can enjoy their 4-12 season next year.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

There are still good players I want the Eagles to bring in and overpay.  Starting with Runyan.

exactly.

so while other teams' impact players are making an impact, Eagles fans can say, "Yeah, but he's still overpaid"  who farging cares.  the Eagles are 30 million under the farging cap

i dont care if someone is "overpaid" it's not my money (directly)

would you turn down a job because you think you may be overpayed?

Welcome to the new CBA.  What used to be "overpaid" is now the going market.

Bingo!  There is now almost $10 million more per team chasing the same amount of free agents.  There are going to be some HUGE contracts signed this year.

No, there is $8 mil more, not 10.
