Greg Beacham, of the Associated Press, reports the San Francisco 49ers have traded restricted free agent WR Brandon Lloyd to the Washington taterskins for the taterskins' third-round pick in this year's NFL Draft and their fourth-round selection in 2007.

Somewhere out there is an h-back who is just a great Gibbs type player who they must have and will fire up good ol' taterskin One for. Then Art will swing from the guys nuts and they'll tell us how the draft is not important.

Lloyd isnt that good. He has the highlight catch but is a little woman who is afraid to get hit.

That is what I keep on hearing.   i haven't followed Lloyd enough to say that he will or won't go across the middle.  I hate it and with the safties in the East he won't get out easy.  The same was said for Moss last year but it didn't seem to be a big problem this year.  I don't know what will happen but we need/ed a receiver that would have good hands on short routes across the middle

I have been reading about that clip all day.  I think it is pretty damn obvious(atleast from that clip) that he is just thought that ball was going to someone behind him.  He will do a front flip and catch a ball but won't grab one above his head.  There is no one there that runs by him that would have tackled him.  I hear that this one is boarderline but there is "the one" in Chicago that he went all pinkston.
