Denial ain't just a river in Egypt, guys.

There's a thin like between denial and optimism.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Were the Browns offering more money?

Probably.

Well then why the hell didn't Andy match the offer?

Because he thinks Juan Castillo can coach up Jamaal Jackson to be just as good!  w0ot!

Ed, are the reports about the Dr wasn't here so they couldn't sign him true?

I call bullshtein on that. I can't see that being a deciding factor in someone backing out of multi-million dollar deal.

The Miami Dolphins did not tender an offer to OL Alonzo Ephraim and he is now an unrestricted free agent.

Very thin and you guys went through it.

Let's hope fat Len is wrong just like every other report in the last 24 hours regarding Cleveland.

Ha!

FWIW (and trust me, I'm as pissed off as anyone) the hosts on Sirius think Bentley got too much money and that the Browns would have been better off going with somebody like Mawae. That despite his age he's still a top Center in the league and that he won't command huge dollars.

I'm not buying it either, but one of the hosts is a Girls fan and not some biased Eagles homer.

whatever, get Hutch and re-sign Runyan

I'm tired of your unending optimism.

The Eagles have some young guys on the OL that are going to get in there and compete.  They're fine.

Thomas
Clarke
Jackson
Andrews
Herremans

YES!

It also means that Cleveland will be cutting their #1 pick from 2003 now unless they move Bentley to guard.  Cleveland rocks!

So... you're seriously twisting this to try to make fun of Cleveland for severely improving their OL on day 1 of FA?

Shut up.

SD_Eagle5

Cleveland got Bentley for a good deal but they overpaid for Shaffer. $5 million per year? He's not even close to worth that.

I'd like to restart the re-sign Runyan bandwagon right about now.

John Clayton on ESPNews said it's still between the Eagles and Browns...

i just saw that too...he was on 5 minutes ago & said he expects a deal to be made this afternoon with either the eagles or browns.
he also said the vikes are going after hutchinson.
lemonade was a popular drink and it still is
