the skins will be down to about 92 million before FA starts....with the 30% rule being gone in the new cba....the skins can convert all those huge roster/signing bonuses that were keeping them above the cap...

they are going to be about 7-10 million under the new cap...which means with lil danni they can sign anyone they want...
