That's not fair. You know exactly where McDougle is every week.

Hopefully Andy will consider resistance to small arms fire when he goes searching for his next DE. He won't make that same mistake twice.

Man, the 2003 draft is full of stinkers.  Only somewhat better moves the Eagles could have made instead:

1.  still trading up to #15, but getting Polamalu instead
2.  trade up a little less and get Larry Johnson
3.  stay put or trade down and get Anquan Boldin or Osi Umeniyora

a lot of unremarkable players in 2003

True, but if you look at all the other players taken around the late 1st/early 2nd, those two are really diamonds in the rough... plus Umeniyora didn't break out at all until last season, when the Eagles really thought McDougle was ready to make his presence known.  Well, before he got gunned down, that is.

Yeah, getting gunned down kinda has an effect on your speed off the edge.   ;D

so are you trying to say that they wont draft any mor UofMiami or Ohio State (Clarett) players?

I didn't see this anywhere, so....

In regards to the number of FA's they'll sign, Spads says:

QuoteI agree with 3-6, with two costly ones in there ...

Who's the other "costly" one?

The fargin blogs dont help.

That addition to the EMB was brilliant.

QuoteWIP is reporting the birds are talking to Mike Anderson and he could be signed as early as tonight.....can you confirm or deny this?

From some n00b on the EMB.  Anyone actually listening to WIP and can at least confirm they reported it, even if you think they're completely full of shtein?

SunMo

i've been listening for about 10 minutes

haven't heard anything yet
