i know what youre saying but it wouldnt be the same if it wasnt gibbs failing...i want gibbs to fall on his face so bad it hurts...which is sad because i dont even mind the guy its his minions that are intolerable

And you know what. The sad truth of my existence is that I get the same pleasure from watching the taterskins fail that I do from watching the Eagles succeed. The exact same amount of pleasure. I guess there's something kind of wrong about that but I can't help it.

After some consideration I've decided that I would rather see the Eagles win the superbowl because that necessarily means that the taterskins didn't (much to the shock of their fans, no doubt). However, in any year that the Eagles don't win the superbowl, I would gladly trade general success for the utter failure of the taterskins. I would happily watch the Eagles go 2-14 if the 2 wins were against the taterskins and the Skins went 0-16.

this is the biggest reason skins fans hate the eagles.the majority of the time they havent a clue to what they are talking about.runyan took a pay cut to play last year?yeah,right.this is the same player when signed said,im in it for the money,just signing with the highest bidder.hes gone next year along with lazy tra thomas.have fun trying to win with 2 new tackles(now that mcnabb doesnt run anymore,more injuries to follow)you guys also talk about the skins 2 winning seasons the last 15 years,but what exactly have you guys won?the buffalo bills of our time,always close but NO cigar.keep dreaming about the super bowl losers! hey bigskin,keep on keepin on

He did take a pay cut. This isn't up for debate. It's a fact.

And you can keep bringing up 'close but no cigar' and 'what have you won' but the fact is that you are still living on fumes and faded memories of a team that existed when the NFL was a much different league. Prolonged success was the norm then because the rich teams could spend whatever the hell they wanted to keep talent together. Prolonged success in the NFL now requires forethought, solid drafting and fiscal intelligence. None of which your franchise has. So enjoy your 7 years off, one year on, pattern. There's no end to it in sight. Lick my shteinhole, FF.
