QuoteVannoy said he was so unnerved he left at least 20 questions blank on the 60-question test, and just wants out of Kelly's class because he's afraid the teacher won't treat him fairly now that the story reached the media.

"I'm going to have to deal with him for two more nine weeks (school quarters) and he's going to want revenge somehow," Vannoy said Monday. "I took the test. I'm shaking. I'm furious. I didn't know what to do."

Jesus...this kid is a Hoyda. Couldn't finish the test? Had crumpled up paper thrown at him? Unprofessional behavior by the teacher? Yes. But god damn...have a set of balls, kid.

Wah, wah, wah. I bet his parents try to sue for this too. Watch. Goddamn Hoydas.

The teacher was wrong.

The kid's a Hoyda.

They should be locked in an outhouse together and launched into space.

Or shot.  They could both be shot.  That would be alright, wouldn't it??

Funny story.  I've verbally sparred with students that wear other jersies (especially the Cowboys, Giants or taterskins) in class, but nothing like what this guy did.

Teacher will probably get a slap on the wrist, a written reprimand or something of the like.  Kid will probably be taken out of class and given a study hall or something of the like.  Of course, if the teacher doesn't have tenure, he could be gone altogether.

More than likely the teacher probably though he was joking, and the kid took it more seriously than anticipated.

If the kid was an Eagles fan, he would have started the icehole chant and threw the paper back at the teacher.  >:D

Better.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

BEAVER FALLS, Pa. (AP) -- A 17-year-old high school student said he was humiliated when a teacher made him sit on the floor during a midterm exam in his ethnicity class  - happens in a class where he's suppose to be learning about equality and understanding....something very wrong about that  ::)

I was a little punk in Highschool, and I wouldn't have hesitated for a second to tell the teacher to farg off.

My grade 7 teacher threw a block of wood at a student next to me then put him in a headlock and wrestled him to the floor.

Ahh the good ole days.

They're not quite the same.  While it's totally unnacceptable to discriminate against someone based on religion, race, gender, etc.  I find it totally ok to treat someone poorly based on solely on their team affiliation.

Cowboys fans should ride on the back of the bus, go to their own schools and hold jobs such as butlering, chauffering and janitoring.

:-D :-D My Jr. High Gym teacher Mr. Fargin Watts pinned me up against a fence when I called him an icehole after getting kicked out of Gym, and yes he had a lisp, so the pinning against the fence worried me for a second. The guy was a bastich, whenever you got in trouble he would make you stand with your arms out to the side holding something (keys, book, etc.) for the rest of the class.

I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.
