i can't see that link, it's blocked at work, but it's official that Devlin is in?

if so, that's huge, of course for Devlin himself, but also for Hazelton who has said to be thinking of breaking his oral with USC to play with Devlin.

I don't see Hazelton as a key recruit. The current top two WR's will be sophomores next year, and they already got Chris Bell from this recruiting class. That said... with the offense PSU is running now, the more the merrier.
