I find it funny how every defensive coach who had an unsuccessful first stint as an HC but takes a new HC job is now considered the next Belicheck.
People tend to forget that he was a big part of winning some SBs prior to getting that job and not some random-decent DC.

the biggest difference is that Belichick actually took the browns to the playoffs. gregg williams barely sniffed .500

belichick did it with an aging byner with testeverde. williams had talent and couldnt do shtein with them (Price, Moulds, Travis Henry, to a smaller extent Bledsoe)
