Waco Kid, you couldn't eat your way out of a wet paper bag wussy boy!  As far as your secondary being better.....my god, I haven't had a laugh like that in a long time.  Your secondary is the same one that made Jake Plummer look like a HOF player.  As far as the QB being better...not this year buddy.  If you look, Bledsoe has the highest QB rating in the NFC and McFagg has been playing like a fag as of late.  Come on, please try harder to find a good reason the Eagles could have a chance.  The only thing I hear is Home Field Advantage....but that only helps when you are close to being on the same level as the team your playing against.  In this case, the Fecals are way way below the level of the GReat Cowboys.

Yawn.

The Eagles will win the game for the same reasons they torched the Cowboys for much of the past five years.  They're simply the better team.  Their quarterback is better, their secondary is better and they still have all the same weapons (other than the fruitcake malconent, of course) that they did when they steamrolled the bitches in the past.

Plus, they're playing at home.  Even when the Cowboys were winning Super Bowls, Philadelphia was like a graveyard for them.

Whatever, though.  Delude yourselves into believing your pathetic team has a chance against the Eagles.  Hopefully, the players wearing those guy who would probably show my wife a good timey blue stars on their crowns will come in just as over-confident.

Considering how badly they've been schooled in the recent past, I'd be shocked if they did, though.

Eagles are a better team??  Right now they are last place in the division behind the Cowboys and in the lone head to head game got totally dominated.  That is a rather interesting take on better.  Must be a Philly mentality.

Quarterback is better??  As of now Mcnabbs QB rating is 88 whil he has 16 tds to 8 int and a 59.4 completion pct in a completion pct friendly WCO.  Of course he leads the league in yads at 2338 as they pass about 70 percent of the time.  Bledsoe is at 97 qb rating ,a higher completion percentage at 63 and only 200 some odd yards off the leader despite only having 80 less attempts.  I think you are a little off,at least at this point in the season.

Secondary is better??  Dallas' by standard NFL stats are middle of the pack vs the pass which is higher than Phillys rank.  Dalls' secondary has given up 10 tds passes vs Phillys 13.  More Ints than Philly and more sacks.  And now which team is superior?

I think I can have a more logical conversation with Corky than with some of you whack ass posters.  Before you post,please...get your facts straight and take off your shtein smothered Fecals glasses.

How many of the Eagles defensive backs were in the Pro Bowl last year?

Answer 3 out of 4.  Dawkins will be there again this year, guaranteed, and he'll be joined by Sheldon Brown as well.

Edge: Eagles.

Donovan McNabb vs. Drew Bledsoe

Statistics aside, let's examine which one is more valuable to their team, shall we?  Donovan has played with a mind-numbing assortment of injuries this season which has caused a decrease in his mobility, accuracy, and effectiveness.  Yet despite all those injuries, he's thrown more passes this season than any other quarterback in the NFL.  In fact, he's been absolutely vital to the success of the Eagles in their wins, and more often than not, he certainly hasn't been the reason they've lost.  Add to his burdens the T.O. mess, and to me, I can't think of a more valuable player to his team than Donovan.

As for Bledsoe, he's had a decent season, but he's certainly been aided by a running game that has taken the pressure off of him to produce and he has a superstar receiver of his own that hasn't routinely thrown his ass under the bus in the press.  Has he had a better season than Donovan?  Not even a Cowboys fan can be stupid enough to assert that.

As for the record differences... come on, Slappy.  You can do better than that.  It's not as if the Cowboys are 7-1 and the Eagles are 1-7.  There's a one-game difference between the two teams and that game is the one in which the Eagles lost to the 'pokes.

The Eagles lost to teams that all have winning records this year while Dallas somehow managed to lose to a pathetic Oakland Raiders team that the Eagles managed to beat.

The bottom line is, neither team has been all that special record-wise, so their 5-3 record versus the Eagles 4-4 mark isn't exactly cause for celebration for you either.

Your Super Bowl happened a few weeks ago when your team beat the Eagles handily.  I said it then and I'll say it again:  Congratulations with that.  Come Monday Night, the Eagles will dispatch the Cowbitches and with the Cowboys loss will come your disappearance along with the rest of the socially maladjusted deep-thinkers who claim Dallas as their ancestoral fountainhead.

Personally, I can't wait for both events to come to pass.

That running game that takes the pressure off Bledsoe is the reason the Cowboys will win.  Its pretty simple.

Jones is back on fresh legs on Monday night football....

I am looking for 27-7 with Julius Jones dropped a 150 and 2 TDs.

The lone touchdown will come on a turnover giving good field position.

I expect less than 50 yards rushing and 250 yards total of offense from Philly.

There is no way America's Team loses this game.  Destiny has taken its course and the Cowboys are back on their way to the top where they belong.

The Eagles 5 year blip on the radar is over, with nothing to show for it.  Meanwhile, the makings of ANOTHER great Cowboy team to go along with the Late 60s, 70s, early 80s and 90s Cowboy teams is being put together around what could become the best defense of them all.

But dont flame me, its just each teams tradition.  The Cowboys win and the Eagles (And philly as a whole) lose.

Good God man, you beat us once and this is the way you act :-D :-D

lambert10

You actually think 2 people from your secondary is going to the Pro Bowl?  What you smoking because I want some!  Julius Jones will run all over your pathetic D and our Dooms Day D will stop anything McNabb trys to throw at it.  I will be surprised if McFag actually lasts through the entire game.

phillymic2000

McFag? :-D :-D did it take you all day to come up with that tart? Jones will run all over us? oooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm scared. If you haven't noticed I am the offical sponser for Hollis. Hollis would like you to know that Hollis cannot wait to get Jones on the field and Hollis assures jones will have a nightmarish time if he tries to run. Hollis invites you to watch the Chargers game film, and then contact L. Tomlinson for his advice.

phillymic2000

THe Sixers just beat up your mavs, so shut up!!

Claudius8110

How about the tape of the Broncos game?  Whats tatum bell and mike anderson have to say?

Or the tape of the first half of the Cowboys game when Jones had 72 yards before he hurt his ankle.  Then an undrafted Free agent came in and ran over the entire defense.

I think thats the tape that will be relevent.

It doesn't matter what they have to say...we shut down the best in the biz icehole.

You are the worst hungry hungry hippos we've had yet.  You are so hyped up on crack that you think your team is capable of making it past the first round of the playoffs.  You'll end up getting smoked by the Bears you losers.
