Sometime this week I'm going to webmd.com and I'm going to ask a doctor what illness TO's symptoms sound like. I'm curious what it is that is wrong with him.

I'm glad I didn't watch this news conference.

The questions seem priceless though.

As for the Eagles not being a better TEAM without Owens, I think that is false. I think they can absolutely be a better team, as in a cohesive unit that can move the ball efficiently on offense and play together and stop the ball on defense.

Now, they might not be as TALENTED, but they can absolutely be a better team. Anyone who doesn't recognize that doesn't know football.

He started laughing. That is funny.

He has an infection in his eye from catching too many hot loads. Gross.

Agreed.  Until the little laugh/smile at the end, he basically showed no emotion whatsoever while Drew was talking.

In the opening to DNL they showed TO wiping away tears while Drew was saying how the NFL accepts players back who have been arrested and who do drugs.

And I do agree with him on that one.

crocodile tears is to show emotion that one doesnt truly feel...ie he was faking the sincerity in his statement

the team had specific contract demands that included not being detrimental to the team. TO Violated his contract.  It doesnt matter what other people have done.

Ricky left the team completely.  TO left the team mentally, but hung around physically.

ricky williams did it once and has a second chance...TO has had numerous second chances going back to his days with sf,...and TO will get get more of them...just not with the birds

Ricky Williams retired. He did no rip his team mates or fight Nick Buonoconti in the traing room. He decided to come out of retirement. People were clammoring for Barry Sanders to come out of retirement for years.
