Father Demon

(stolen from another board)

One of my favorite "where the hell did *this* album come from?" albums is Heartbreak Station by Cinderella. Abandoning the hair metal trappings, this sounds like a grittier version of vintage Black Crowes. Awesome disc.

I loved this band when they dropped the hair band act.  I like the hair band sound of Night Songs, but when they went "bluesy" they really kicked it.  If you haven't heard this disc, try it out.

Now, please contribute to the thread...    ;)

Walk On.  John Hiatt.  Excellent. Acquired taste, though.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

All time favorite.

Good album, not so sure I'd call it underrated though. It's still getting pretty play on the radio stations around here.
