I know it was only Tim Rattay and Mike Vick but that still is an amazing stat. The pass D is allowing only a 50% completion rate with ZERO TD passes and 4 INTs.

Hell, I'll take it!  I agree it was only Rattay today but those are the teams the birds need to put away.

Vick had a TD pass, or were you including the Falcon game?

Not against the Birds he didnt.  Duckett rushed for 1 and Vick rushed for one....

Thats right, he had the one supposed TD called back on a penalty, forgot that.

I also enjoy the fact that the D has only allowed 17 points.

that was Duckett on a running play that called back on penalty.  Dawkins broke up the attempt to Crumpler in the endzone

i really wish they would resign michael lewis like now.

i cring when i think of the possibility that both of our pro-bowl safeties might be gone in a year or two.

Yeah, that's going to happen.

yeah since like dawkins is getting younger and since like lewis just signed an extension.

also and since like we always re-sign our players after they turn 30 and stuff... and junk.

Just checking, but when did Michael Lewis turn 30? And when does his contract end? And who exactly did the Eagles bring in to tutor under both of them that would lead you to believe that both are gone in a year?

PG the fact that you can even suggest that its impossible for the Eagles to let one (or more) of their star players slip away is utterly ridiculous. Ridiculous to the point where this thread should be locked and you should be banned from making any posts outside of threads that start with the letters "BOTW".

Seriously. Which team are you paying attention to? The one that always resigns its stars? Especially its defensive stars? Because that isn't the team I'm watching.

no one said lewis turned 30.

lewis' contract is up after next season.  which would be a year or two.

dawkins is 30.

he will be officially "football old" in a year or two.

yes it's entirely feasable for one or maybe even both of them to not be here in a year.. or .. two.

which brings me back to my first post.. i wish they would resign michael lewis like now. he's only getting more expensive to keep, and it would be nice to keep him around after dawk turns into blaine bishop.. ew.
