It's the home team's call. The teams get together before the start of the season and agree what uniforms they wear. Usually, the only times the Eagles wear green on the road is at Dallas and at Washington.

I was listening to the game on YSP on the way in to work and Merril and Mike were arguing about it but never said what was going on.

They were arguing pretty good...it was funny.

Merrill: "Guess who is coming on the field with 1:00 to go, Mike? Jeremiah Trotter."

Mike: "What" No way that's Trotter!"

Merrill: "They don't have 2 #54's, Mike. I know that. And the jersey clearly says T-R-O-T-T-E-R. I know what I'm talking about"

This went on for like 5 minutes...and then they thought they did it for shteins and giggles and were wondering of they could get fined for switching jersey's.

The question here is..is there NOTHING that Billick wouldn't bitch about?

Offensive tackle Todd Herremans, whom the team selected in the fourth round after sending three picks to Green Bay, started in place of Tra Thomas against the Steelers and Ravens and really held his own against two of the better defensive units in the league.  "I feel comfortable out there. I don't feel overpowered or anything," said Herremans, who is making the transition from small school Saginaw Valley State.
He's earned kudos from another small college product on the Eagles offensive line.

"I think you just have to have the right mindset," said center Hank Fraley, who played at Robert Morris. "I think he came in here, he was well coached. He's letting his abilities and talent take over. If you're a talented guy and smart and can adapt to the different speed of the game, you're going to do well. He's been able to do that."
