9 wins this year.  They beat OSU at home.  Take that MURP.  >:D

That's an ambitious prediction.

I think Mike Robinson has the swagger they've been missing on offense.  It's his team now.

Its that time of year again.

Penn State opens both polls with top 35 rankings and all the haters will continue to hate.

Maybe Myron Rolle could change their minds?

Haters?  Shut your face hole, T.O.

He can't suck the same as Zack Mills, but Wally Richardson-eque suckage is not out of the question.

The D will take the Lions to a bowl game this year without a doubt, IMO, but the offense might still be weak.

Hey now, last season I basically predicted the entire PSU season correctly except the Northwestern game, which I had PSU winning and they didnt.  I might be a hater, but I call it as I see it  ;).  I think PSU will have a pretty good season.  Their schedule is fairly soft (as in playing OSU, Purdue, Wisconsin at home and only having 4 away games) and their defense is really good which should keep them in every game.    Right now I think they go 7-4 if their defense stays healthy and if Robinson doesnt screw things up.

Maybe Im way off on this, but I think Michael Robinson is a bad QB.   I can see how he would excite PSU fans because there is always a chance he makes a big play, but his decision making leaves a lot to be desired and I dont see him having many traits necessary to be a good QB.   He has athleticism and thats about it.  Dont mean to make it sound like  "black QB who isnt smart and just runs around thing", but he takes too many sacks, throws too many picks, and doesnt complete enough passes.   He gets jumpy in the pocket and just doesnt seem to have it all together.  Hopefully for you guys he has improved enough to not be a liability, cause thats what I see him as.   I think PSU (for the sake of the future) would be much better off putting Morrelli as the starter and using Robinson as a WR.

7-4 might just be the number for us to land LeSean McCoy.

In other words, you think he's either a Major Harris clone or a poor man's Michael Vick. I can't say I disagree with you on either count.

I know.  You are probably right anyway, I just want to stick up for my team.  On the same hand I wouldn't be suprised if this team pulls it together.

Steel:  I saw McCoy play in person and I would not be suprised if he is a Heisman canidate someday.

I watched his highlights a couple months ago, but can't stream videos anymore. Porn has corrupted my hard drive.

McCoy is sick. Everyone seems to be under the impression he is a Big 10 type power back, but he is not. He's a slasher with some very good speed. Chris Wells, Ohio State's recruit, is a prototypical Big10 back.

McCoy is built for the ACC or the SEC, thats why I really don't like our chances.

McCoy is fast, real fast. PSU wasn't even in the running for him until recently.  I think the big names they got excited him.  I heard (just heard) that a winning season and a bowl is all he really wants to see from Penn State.

He is built for any league, I also saw him play in person. The dude is the best HS player I have ever seen.  Last year in 3 district playoff games he ran for 1300yds and 13 TDs; he got shut down in the state championship game against Pittsburgh CC.

A friend of mine from HS roomed with his brother at IUP (his brother was drafted by ARZ) and at that point he was said to be leaning towards Miami.  However, that was before PSU was in the hunt.

Well Miami just picked up a highly touted RB from down there. He's the cousin of Edgerrin James.
