TO, Andy Reid, Drew Rosenhaus, Donovan McNabb, Todd Pinkston, Joe Banner, Dave Spadaro, David Joseph, and Jeff Lurie are holding a joint press conference tomorrow morning. They are expected to announce that this entire offseason was an elaborate practical joke on Philly fans and the ridiculous sports media. TO is still with Joseph, on great terms with McNabb and Reid, not looking for any more money from Banner, and looking forward to another Super Bowl season with the Eagles.

Originally the plan was to do it with Freddie Mitchell instead of TO, but back in the spring everyone realized they actually do hate Freddie.

TO is actually saying the right things right now, and not opening his mouth about the actual situation. Besides the "if he wants to be a man" comment, which I don't think he made on purpose.

He won't be traded, but if they do, it has to be for a WR. Lets TATEr this one....I wouldn't mind trading TO to Pitt for Hines Ward and a 3rd rounder. We can pay Hines.

From watching CSN and listening to GCobb on Eskin's show, it's more than just the two incidents though...they were just the things that caused the bubble to burst that's been building since camp started. FWIW, the media is basically saying this isn't the first issue TO has had with members of the coaching staff at Lehigh, it's just the first one that's blown up and reached the media.

I'm very tired of this shtein. I'm not sure what a one week suspension is going to do. But, I wouldn't cut or trade him either...suspend him and let him rot without pay for 2005, then get back as much of the signing bonus as they can, unless he undergoes a personality metamorphosis in the next few weeks.

Ed...the reports I've heard say that its NOT about the autograph thing earlier this week, but only about today. Because he was on the field working the groin out, the fans all saw him and therefore would have expected him out there. Had he stayed inside and worked on it, there would have been nothing said.

Bob Brookover at TO's house and on DNL now...

Said it is absolutely crazy out at TO's house. Said TO went into his house after doing a vigorous workout to freshen up. TO said that he is working out because he doesn't want the media just staring at his house. Said TO will talk then.

Said 3 choppers are hovering over and there is no place to park cars on the street because it is so crazy.

This makes the Pinkston injury a lot bigger. Our starting WR's are a mostly unproven #3 and a rookie. With Billy Mac as our #3.

They just brought up the idea of bringing back Freddie after the Chiefs cut him...lol.

That's crazy. A chemical plant was rocked by massive fiery explosions here in southeast Michigan last night, and there was never more than one helicopter on it all night. But three choppers come out to admire TO's lawncare.
