Pedro smoked the Braves and their alternates today......

Smoltz struck out 15 Metsies before getting shelled in the 8th.......Mets hit 3 homers and were inches away from hitting 4 consecutive that inning.........

The Cards have won their fifth straight. Nice to see Matt Morris, who has alternately made me happy and driven me crazy, pitching well in his season debut.  8)
