I just don't get it. They were barely under after Collins and Gannon restructured and they made those cuts.....and then they took on Moss' $7.5 mil. How in the hell are they doing this?

Cut Wheatley, Parrella, Williams, Buchanan, Middleton
Traded Harris
Restructured Sims, Lechler, Gannon, Collins, Moss

And probably some I'm missing...

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports the Pittsburgh Steelers have restructured the contract for RB Duce Staley. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
