Colts released TE Marcus Pollard. As expected.

I like their press release:
QuoteINDANAPOLIS – The Colts' message to Marcus Pollard Wednesday was clear:

You're always a Colt.

And always will be.

You're always a Colt. And always will be. Now get the farg out.

The Raiders cut Tyrone Wheatley (and Parella), according to ESPNews. Sounds like they are going for Jordan.

From rotoworld:

The Raiders and LaMont Jordan are in serious negotiations and could complete a deal by the end of the day.
The fears about Oakland's salary cap situation were unfounded. If Jordan ends up in Oakland, we'd project him as a top 15 running back with plenty of room to run considering their wide receiver group.

Five years, $27.5 million, $7 million signing bonus. Seems like a lot of money for a guy who has never rushed for 500 yards.

I just don't get it. They were barely under after Collins and Gannon restructured and they made those cuts.....and then they took on Moss' $7.5 mil. How in the hell are they doing this?

They restructured Moss....

I'd be interested in seeing all the deals they pulled off in the last couple weeks, plus their cap room...  I'm just too lazy to look it all up..
