Williams says he liked the honesty, loyalty, trust and character of JoePa, and he says that he wants other prospects to join him at Penn State to turn things around....

He chose Penn State based on loyalty and honesty, and a family atmosphere.  He is asking all other top recruits to join him and "wake the sleeping giant" to bring a national championship back to PSU. (Ed beat me to it.  haha)

Along with Justin King, PSU now has two of the top 9 players in the country, according to rivals.com.
