I think you are so low on the waiver wire because you dropped Taylor and added D. Branch.  check out the rules here.

Hey Dio! Happy Belated B-Day, how was your camping trip?

Awesome.  Wonderful time.  18 friends and family.  Great time.  Got a couple righteous, totally extravagant presents, too.  A 250 gig external hard drive (that's right, a quarter terabyte, and a Roadcrafter Aerostich suit.  I was overwhelmed.  You don't turn 30 but once, and everyone made my 30th perfect.  I'm looking forward to 40 now!!
Next year my brother turns 30, so we are gonna do it again, but better.  Thanks for asking.

Well, I read that and it says:

The priority list is initially set based on the reverse of the draft order. However, each time you add a waived player to your roster, you are pushed to the back of the list, so the team with the lowest waiver priority will always be the team that completed the last successful waiver claim.

Deion Branch was not a waived player at that time, and was a FA. So, my priority shouldn't have changed. Also, your team's #10 on the waiver list. You didn't add any players. Wingspan's team must be #10 because he got the very first pick in the draft.
