He's gonna fight Goerge Foreman in an assisted-living complex?

Stop, Sly. STOP. NOW.
Crier of the week: Terrorists of all backgrounds. Tantrums are selfish acts by children; extortion and murder disguised as fervor for a cause are both selfish and just plain evil. "We're gonna blow up things and kill people until we get our way!" There's a convincing argument, huh?

Geez, what was the last decent movie he made?  Demolition Man in 1994?
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

Uh, that'd be Rocky.

Copland
The house was built by players like  ,  [Joyner], [Brown], [Simmons]," he says. "They set that legacy of Eagles defense, then passed it on to us and we built from it. Now, it's their turn to uphold the reputation."- TV

Copland sucked.

Agreed.  Maybe it's just because it was a Stallone movie that wasn't quite so action packed.  Pretty much everything he's done other than Rocky has had lots of action, explosions, etc.

Other than Rocky, my favorite Stallone movie was probably The Specialist.  Although that may have something to do with Sharon Stone's nudity in the movie.   :drool

How about Driven? I liked it.

In this installment of the sports saga, the 54-year-old Balboa is lured out of retirement for one final fight.

Driven was a terrible movie for Stallone.  He's just not a convincing Indy Car driver.

:-D :-D  True, but most of his movies are focused on violence, action etc.  Good acting isn't a pre requisite for just about anything he's done besides Rocky.  It's funny because typically as an actor matures and gains experience, he gets better and better as an actor (Tom Hanks is a great example).  Stallone portrayed Rocky brilliantly but kind of "dumbed himself down" in basically everything since then.
