I can think back to a year ago, or maybe even a few months ago, people here hated TO....some mocked him with the avater of him crying.......just the thought of him being an Eagle, at the time would have been far fetched, but i remember the topic coming up....most would say they would want him, afraid his selfish play and big ego would hurt what the Eagles had....now some of those same people are busting a nut over the thought he could be an Eagle next year....i jusr don't understand some people.....

We've been infected with TO-itis... its easy to catch and extremely hard to get rid of. I'm not proud of it, but I too have been touched by the disease. Whatever, get TO. Woo hoo.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Yeah, well, the interminable suffering caused by watching Trash and Stinkston get shut down in the playoffs by mediocre CBs like McKenzie and Ricky Manning Jr. can alter a die-hard fan's perspective like that. :afro

Hi...my name is Sus, and I'm a TO-rumor addict. I've gotta admit, though...this is much more entertaining than watching Quinton Caver in the offseason.  :spank

Not this Eagles fan. The minute TO did what he did in that Dallas game, I've been a HUGE fan of his.

Agreed. Better yet, he did it twice!!

I've never had a real problem with TO (but him blowing up at the OC last year was embarassing to watch) as he's a really, really, exciting player to watch.

I too am surprised at Philadelphia fans jumping onto and off of the bandwagon.  That never happens in this city!!

I can understand the excitement of wanting such a talented WR......but like i said, some of you same people badmouthed TO left and right before the rumor came along....i mean really talk about a bandwagon here.....i'd rather have Thrash and Pinkston shut down then have a guy like Owens come in demanding the ball every chance he gets and ruining team chemstry....i'd rather take a chance on a free agent and Freddie Mitchell......we may not have a All pro reciever.....but we'll have a reciever that hopefully knows the meaning of team ball....that will get us farther than guys like TO and Keyshawn ever could....regardless of rather its the NFC championship game......Then next thing you know TO will be crying about wanting to move onto another team....

T.O. just wants to win that badly, he isn't a bad guy like everyone makes him out to be.  When has he ever been in trouble off the field, he just wants to win.

I still dont know how I feel about him being an eagle. I'm torn with it.

but that is true that he does not have off the field stuff. but what happens if #5 has a bad game or 2, what happens when TO starts mouthing off after the honeymoon has worn off? That is what concerns me.

I can't really remember anybody bad-mouthing him.  A person here or there said they weren't sure if he would be a cancer and most of assumed Andy would not even try and bring him in.

I actually used that avatar for a while b/c it the only pic of TO available from the profile menu....not to mock him but to say Get TO(i didn't know how to post my own avatar pic).

You have some evidence to back this up since you keep saying it?

Sorry but this is one of the dumbest things you could have said. You'd rather have Thrash and Pinkston?  ???

Im not sure which thread its in but i think in the interview with Stephen A. Smith where he talks about Donovan and himself with aspirations like Rice and Montana.  That being said i don't think he will start complaining at all.  He also talked about Westy and Buck and how great all three would compliment each other.  Sounds like he wants to win and knows that it takes ground game too.

Bottom line is...we know talent when we see it.  Anything is an upgrade over Thrash.  C'mon...not a single soul can say otherwise.
And I, like PG, have been a huge fan of TO since his infamous gallop to the star at the center of THE WORST stadium in the NFL!
2004 NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles!!

yeah really, where is this coming from?  There are some posters that dont want TO.  There might be one or two who changed their mind, and there are plenty who always would have taken him.  Where is this bandwagon stuff coming from?
