Promoting from within...Sirianni brought this guy with him.

I don't know anything else about this guy but I can't say I wanted anyone else that was left riding the end of season 2024 coaching carousel.

Meh...not a fan of promoting from within. I could give two shteins about continuity. I would have preferred a more experienced OC like Reich. I was hoping Steichen and the colts would part ways. I'd like to know how much OC interest he had around the league

I do believe in continuity when it's an obvious good situation which this was. So this is as close as it can be without Moore.
