I spent 9 hours at a bar and our tab was $500 and I can't even go home happy.

There is nothing in this teams DNA the last 6 years to lead anyone to believe they win on Saturday.  Eastern Conference Semi's and done, that's what this franchise is but every year we all get sucked into the this is the year hype, all the Embiide apologists and excuses for the year before.  Enough already. 

Embiide's act is getting old.  That q4 tonight was the last straw for me. This could have been his crowning moment - take over this game and kick the C's when they're down but instead we get the last 5+ years again.

I've put up with this pathetic franchise since 1972, I have earned every right to be a cranky SOB and call these bitches out.

I ended up watching the whole game at Penn Station because all Amtraks were delayed.  What a disgrace - thinking maybe they were starting to get that killer instinct with PJ and some of the heart they're shown recently.  I was wrong - another easily winnable game but these guys just don't know how to step on throats.

BTW it's probably two years old by now but the new Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station is sick - big bar with TVs, all kids of food.  Lights years better than the shtein hole it used to be and an actual fun place to watch a game.  Lotta Sixers heads getting drunk and waiting for trains.

Same. I think we'll know early game 7 whether they can win. If Harden's hitting 3's, not flopping in the lane and running the offense they're in it. If he's doing the opposite it's gonna be a long night unless Harris or a bench player gets hot.

My homey down here is a huge Sixers fan.  He called me today about my wife's upcoming birthday bash and the conversation turned to the Sixers.  He said, well, at least they had the common decency to choke BEFORE they got all the way to the Finals unlike the farging Eagles and Phillies.  I kinda chuckled and said, don't forget the Union.

I don't think I've ever heard a more Philly comment than that in my whole life.

I hope they win, though.  Not because I'm a fan, but because farg Boston straight up their racist asses.
