I do not want We Own This City to end....it is so good...I had seen it before but I did watch sonja sohn's documentary on the sean suiter murder again...it's a nice companion piece to the show if you haven't seen it

Love Simon but I think it's boring and every episode is redundant.

we own this city was really strong. david simon has crushed it with these miniseries. its impossible to top the wire but hes carving out a second act.

Winning Time

If you're a hoops fan this should be a must watch. I hate the farging lakers and the series doesn't make them any more likeable. Lots of spectrum/Sixers stuff. Great cast aside from the guy they picked to play Dr. J.

I'm not even a huge Star Wars guy but Obi-Wan is pretty fun.

Has anyone aged better than Jimmy Smits? Hasn't aged a day in 25 years.

Not in love with it so far but I'm a Star Wars nerd so my expectations are higher. The Vader scenes last episode were awesome because Vader is one of the greatest characters in movie history. Ewan Mcgregor is single-handedly carrying the show otherwise. Hate what they've done to the Inquisitors and the writing and plot holes are very amateurish.

Reva (the black chick Inquistor) is getting racists messages on social media. Was probably a bunch of MAGA deplorables still butthurt Gina Carano got fired from Mandalorian.

Started watching winning time today and it's badass.

Fun fact: I recognized the actor who plays Norm Nixon from Snowfall so I IMDBd him...and it's Norm Nixon's son. Crazy.

About 5-6 eps into Winning Time and I wasn't expecting such a great show.  Just wanted to see some basketball but man the casting of most of these characters is farging incredible.

Banged through Lincoln Lawyer (really good) and We Own (really good) and HBO Max's The Staircase (just ok).

Noticed that Sean Suiters family had an issue with the portrayal in We Own. I watched and read quite a bit and I'm not sure I buy the suicide angle.
