Well, not Mueller directly.  Chasing his quarry, Mueller appears to have uncovered some Cohen shtein that has literally nothing to do with Russia, but once found can't be ignored--prosecution of such discoveries having long been explicitly confirmed as within the realm of the Special Prosecutor to purse--he referred the case to the US Attorney's office for the Southern District of New York and they got the warrant.  The fact they got the warrant is the incredible news.  Think about it...the evidence is good enough for a judge to stake allowing the FBI to raid the personal lawyer of the sitting President of the United States.  They don't just hand these warrants out for the asking.

the filing deadline isnt until 6/1 so theres obviously time to run someone else but right now the only republican candidate on the ballot for wisconsin-1 is white supremacist paul nehlan

im sort of mixed on this. ryan is one of the most disgusting human beings on the planet but i really wanted to see him lose in november instead of spinelessly sulking away months before the primary. but the fact of the matter is he is a complete coward who knew it was going to be a tough november so he quit because he is a pathetic person.

I partially agree with this, the corporate tax cuts were Ryan's baby though.
