its one moment and its one decision but thats doug p. as i said he can put fine gameplans together and isnt a complete dick like chip so the team likes him. but youre telling me, him vs. carroll, quinn, mcvay, bb, etc. in a playoff game you think douglas pederson is matching wits?

mcvay is a next level thinker...i cant speak to his clock management since its been 5 games but hes a brilliant football mind

quinn has been great save for 1 really bad quarter against the greatest coach/qb combo ever. he didnt call the plays but he is the coach. kill him for that. look at the rest.

I stopped caring about coaches since Reid went to the fullback on 3rd down in New Orleans.

Coaches need players and luck.

Pete Carroll to inhale his own farts at the wrong time
etc. to become successful.

Andy Reid was a few plays, one defensive stop, one or two less turnovers from also winning.

farg coaches, its all luck and being at the right place at right time...which requires more luck than skill.

Arguing about coaches is dumb. Even for me.

I let Donovan off easier than Reid.  He was afterall a young man. 

Andy Reid was an all powerful HC who thought it would be great to employ his farg up son after he got out of prison.

You want to work in the type of environment where the boss' farg up kid is on staff?  How professional is that?   Reid gets ultimate blame from me for that debacle because heavy is the head that wears the crown.  If it doesn't take him 23 seconds to figure out and get a call in to the quarterback every goddamn play, different things happen all year for him.  If he doesn't call timeouts like they come by the baker's dozen, and if he ....

Not an Andy Reid fan.  My KC buddy is loving him though.  What's he won you that matters, I ask?  Nothing yet.

Well Belichick of course not, no one can except Tom Coughlin apparently. Quinn and McVay tbd, and Carroll probably not. But in a playoff game as long as the guy doesn't get totally owned by opposing coaches, that doesn't mean the Eagles are doomed. If Wentz ends up being the real deal and the Eagles continue to build up this promising defense, they'll be a tough out vs anyone, and the Eagles won't need Pederson to be some football savant, just coach a solid game and don't be a total idiot and they'll be a dangerous team.

Just to get on record while things are still all bright and rosy with the Eagles, I'm still way OUT on Doug. There are a lot of other talented people working for this franchise that are making some good things happen and masking this buffoon. And let's not forget that Doug just played three games against three garbage teams.

Chip started out 5-1 his second season, by the way.
