I have one episode left of Iron Fist. The series started okay, but has steadily gotten worse. The acting is suspect, and the martial arts, while quite workable at first, has also declined to a miserable level. For instance, there was a fight scene where one of the protagonists fought a guard at the bad guys' location using a katana vs a Chinese jian (apparently an ornamental practice one at that). The action ended up looking like a GoT brawl, with zero attention being paid to correct style or fighting technique, and showing no understanding of the strengths or weaknesses of each weapon.

i dont know i just saw a clip of that show on a talk show azaria was on and in that clip amada peet looked like she has not aged well at all...but i have no idea what the background of the scene was so maybe she was supposed to look worn in it

really good start to the leftovers....opening scene was done so god damn well and it had nothing to do with the show itself

kinda meh on the girls finale. very low key. probably lasted 1-2 years too long and their best character wound up being the gay roommate.

History channel got back to their roots a bit with this Declassifying JFK show. It's pretty good. It's led by an ex-CIA guy who starts in Mexico digging into Lee Harvey's trips there

watched the first episode of the handmaids tale on hulu. pretty good. getting amazing reviews.

Nope.  I've stopped watching television almost completely at this point.  Every time I start watching a new show, it gets canceled.  And I'm not spending $50-$100/month for premium channels either.   I'd rather read or listen to music.
