He's not the best corner anymore.  He's a guy on the downside of his career who is making an obscene amount of money relative to his present worth and performance.

that said the notion of him on the eagles is a silly idea...he needs to go to a contender...going to a rebuilding team like the eagles at this stage of his career will not help anyone

I never said he sucks.  He's still one of the best.   But he's on the downside for a guy at his position and that's not me saying it either.  There's about 100 years of evidence that once guys start to lose a step, they're toast.

and i never said he was the best corner in the league but hes at or near the very top and in his 20's still....and as far as longevity hes never been a speed corner so he should still have at least a couple more elite years left...basically you are saying hes on the downside and overpaid because hes not 22
