being scheduled for something is different than being flexed in for something...id imagine lurie and mara would throw a fit if they moved the game but the nfl obviously doesnt care at all about that.

thats why id consider both games, and the cowboys, to be somewhat equally in the mix to get moved.

update: nope
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

Will never happen in a million years because Lurie/Howie will stick us with Dougie for at least 3 years because that's the way they roll, but Harbaugh is probably gone after this season. I'd hire him in a second

firing chip outright was actually a pretty bold move....i think lurie wouldnt hesitate if harbaugh was fired

i just dont see that happening, though. in the least they will be very close to the playoffs...he won a super bowl not too long ago....he and bischotti are tight.

however, if next season isnt good for b-more, then look out.

Firing Chip outright wasn't bold.

Bold is Lurie showing his face in public after 20 years of butthole on the field.

lurie has owned the eagles for 22 years and made the playoffs in well over half of them...butthole and going into hiding might be a little strong

Firing Chip outright wasn't bold.

he was 20-12 heading into that year...a year where they still had a chance to win the division in week 16. im not saying chip didnt deserve it but cutting bait after 1 year after handing him the franchise is not something other owners wouldve done

granted handing him the franchise in the first place is not something many owners wouldve also done

Chip crying for full control then claiming in a Press Conference he wasn't the GM once his ship sank is why Lurie fired him. It's what 3/4 of the owners in the league would do. I'm not a Lurie fan but I actually credit him for having the balls to fire Chip...I didn't think he had it in him. I still blame Lurie for letting Chip farg this team before he reached his breaking point. His breaking point should have been when he cut ties with Jaccpot.

Lurie is Trump. The Eagles's track record over the last 22 years  is Trump's spewed bullshtein during the campaign. And you're MA for being cool with it.

You're complacent in this shtein.

You're basically saying, "at least we're not the Browns" with that response. You can't deny that.

He's not a meddling owner, which is ok, but there are times where you have to meddle for the best interest of your team. He hasn't.

He's more interested in looking like he's trying, but always making a profit, than doing the work for putting a true winner on the field. He's the "well, we'll get'em next time" kind of person. Sure, you can't win every year...but farg man, if he was interested in winning, he'd get rid of the schmucks at the front office and get some real people....even if he has to poach people from winning teams....do what you have. But, no, middle of the road, consistent mediocrity is what he's all about.

farg him.

at least you have an NFL team now so you don't have to put up with the Eagles nonsense
