i have no opinion about the cubs....they are just another team to me, like the brewers or the padres. great sports city, though. sick of the billy goat crap but the only way it goes away is if they win one. so let them win one.

I used to not hate them. The lovable losers thing was ok. I wanted them to win in 03 and felt bad for Bartman (and still do).

But they've become insufferable. Like they've got some right to win.

im sure they will, but the little obsession around them will end once they win

let them have their stupid world series then they become the NL red sox

plus a cubs title will bring great pain to the BFIB and that in itself is worth it
