No I got that off my brain which knows he's a MLB and a two downer because he's in his 30s and coming off a knee injury.

where does Tulloch fit in? He's a two down guy. He gonna play over Hicks?

Presumably he fits in as a backup who has actually played downs in the NFL before.

It might have something to do with the Eagles having only two quality NFL linebackers and (1) of them is always injured and the other is coming off a season-ending injury last year.

Mocking the Eagles for signing a guy like Tulloch is justified but not because they're signing him specifically.  We should be ripping them for continuing the proud tradition they've established of never having quality linebackers to begin with.

I've seen a few people floating him as a starter (he hasn't been signed yet and nothing seems imminent btw).

Not sure where people are getting that, it's like their brains are flipping back to the last time they heard of Tulloch in 2011.
