Goddamn, NY football is bad. Basically the whole list is just a population rank, weighted a bit toward where black people live. Except the 4th most populated state with the 2nd biggest black population is at the bottom.

all new york blacks live in urban areas and football is slanted towards a rural landscape....still doesn't quite explain why upstate ny doesn't come closer to being say a pennsyltucky in terms of high school football except the culture isn't the same
