I'm enjoying the disintegration of the Republican party less than I thought I would. Turns out, it's a bit scary to see the GOP overwhelmed by the stupid, scared, racist base. Even if they don't win, they aren't going away. The future looks dim to me, struggling against this lot. They do not credit science, fact, truth. They literally cannot think for themselves. There's no such thing as changing their minds on anything. They're led by hucksters and charlatans, and they've got guns.
