imo it holds a little more value than the chart says because its the second pick on day 3

i also think 13 to 8 this year holds a little less value as i think there are only about 6 "stud" players at the top of the draft...7-15 or so are all about the same

where 8 holds most of its value this year is that it gives you a much better chance of grabbing a guy who may fall a few unexpected spots...and of course its a more valuable pick to trade back with
