even with no moves today flyers have TEN picks in the first three rounds of the next two drafts

2016 - 1, 2, 2, 3, 3
2017 - 1, 2, 3, 3, 3

they are going to win at least one cup in the next five years

lol, nothing says Cupz like a handful of 3rd round picks.

who ever said anything about extra pics being awful? I just said it was laughable to think 3 extra third rounders and a second is going to make a difference in them winning the Stanley Cup. It's not like football where they are really worth something, or it can be worth trading down a few spots in the top of the first round to get a couple extra second rounders. If you want impact players the odds are heavily against you once you start getting out of the first round, or even the middle of the first round in the NHL, much less the third.

It depends what early rounds  you are talking about. Early first rounders, definitely. 1 million third rounders no. It probably takes 10 - 17 million third rounders.

a few of us have tickets to the season finale in Brooklyn....I would do a lot of shtein for that game to be a win and in game

I suspect it won't matter and it's going to be because of that horrible Edmonton game last week
