Can't really blame them for that. It'd be one thing if they blocked an interview for a HC position, but if I owned an NFL team, there's no way in hell I'd let one of my coaches interview for the same position he's already in...especially if it's with a division rival.

Only exception would be Billy Davis. I'd actually be lobbying my rivals to give him a job.
