Yeah man I used to be cool with red eyes but no more. Unless going international.

United (I miss continental) has reduced the number of flights between Houston and Philly over the years. They used to run 6-8 a day but now it's down to 3-4 nonstops. To hell with connecting.

So I'm usually on this early am on the way back to Tx.

I'm gonna sleep like a rock as soon as I'm home. The zesty bowl games today should help as natural sleep aids.

United had a flight that had to divert to Honolulu yesterday bc something was on fire in the cockpit.

One of my friends from when I lived in PA has gone off the deep end.

I have mentioned him on here before...he's the one who switched his allegiances to Baltimore/Washington teams because he moved to Maryland and he believes each time you move you should support the local teams. Stupid.

Anyways he's become super political...big time tea party/constitutional wacko now. We have had some good arguments over the last couple years mainly with me baiting him into a rant and then laughing.

But today...he's become a Sandy Hook Truther. He's watching the conspiracy videos and posted on Facebook about how it never happened.

Unreal.

I have a friend like that from where I grew up. He's a really nice guy until you talk about politics with him, as he is as radically as far right as you can get. If this was 1930's Germany, he'd be goose-stepping around Scranton in his brown shirt & khakis. The guy actually has a Ronald Reagan shrine in his house and while he's a Steelers fan, he joined the EMB years ago just to argue politics with "Stingo".

We were at a Phillies game last year and I made the mistake of correcting him on Obamacare and we screamed at each other in Ashburn Alley for 3 innings until I got him to scream "Farg the poor! I farging hate the poor!". Good times.
