it doesnt matter what individual wins the presidency...the republican party has gone so far right since the clinton years that the difference between parties has never been more clear...just look at the state level around the country all the way up to the house...they are crazy....so it doesnt matter if john kasich or ted cruz wins the nomination....it will be end times if america puts a pub prez at the head of the snake that already controls the house and senate and is currently setting america back a hundred years at the state level

im not saying it will or wont happen....im just staing a fact that we are in big trouble if america hands congress and the white house to the current republican party

the key as to whether it happens or not is how many young and minority voters get out...demographics says that if the dems get a big turnout they probably cant lose another national election again...problem is the right votes more and hillary isnt exactly an exciting candidate that is going to get people enthused....theres also the anti voter laws that have been passed in dozens of republican controlled states

the election is clearly far away, but the interest in it is through the roof. because of trump. but its through the roof.

the debate ratings have been insane. they were super high even for the dems. im feeling the interest will be there, especially if the right puts one of their especially nutty candidates on the ticket. itll have the palin effect, where people will be so fired up about their stupidity, theyll vote against them.

maybe im too naive but i just cant see an anti abortion anti gay anti woman anti hispanic candidate winning in 2016.
