A quality play caller, an o line that doesn't leak like a screen door, pass catchers who can actually catch passes, and a kicker who can kick FGs are all necessary in order for that scenario to have a legit shot at working out.  The Eagles had exactly none of those ingredients.

Agreed, more of what I was getting at.  You'd think it would be enough but correct, when you have a cripple playing QB, JV receivers, a OL comprised of misfit toys and an offensive scheme meant for a flag football league, odds are,stacked,against you.

Now to root for the Cowboys to lose and by some miracle the Eagles rebound and rip off a string on wins. Not likely to happen.

It makes you so angry that people actually want them to do well doesn't it?

Do they look like shtein? Yes.

Am I going to eat my words on them being good? Probably.

But I'll keep rooting for them to turn it around until they're eliminated. And more than likely they will be.

But they were 1-3 in 2013 and ripped off a good stretch and should've won the playoff game.

Will this team do that? Probably not.
