Finished the west wing a few weeks ago. Think I started in like May but such a solid show. Got a little weak the last few seasons with Jimmy Smits but the middle seasons were some of the best TV I've ever seen.

Don't have anything to watch now so just started on Friday Night Lights again this week. Just as good as the first watch.

Season Finale of Fear The Walking Dead was legit.  Hopefully S2 is more than just 6 episodes though.  Looks like they are taking this series out to sea....at least for the time being.  That'll be an interesting dynamic with post apocalyptic pirates on yachts I guess.  They're also going to be doing some sort of webisode each week during TWD season that's like 60-90 seconds long but is supposed to give a small glimpse of what it would have been like to be a passenger on an airplane during the initial outbreak.  Saw the first one this morning.  At first I thought a bunch of 90 second clips would be stupid but then I realized that's like a quarter's worth of TOP for the Eagles, so what the hell?  And supposedly one of the characters from this thing will be in S2 of FTWD.

Also, I'm digging nearly all of the shows that AMC is putting out.  I could probably live without every channel except AMC and sports.  Hell on Wheels, Turn, Halt & Catch Fire (though it may not get a S3) are all fun to watch.  Into The Badlands looks legit too.  I may have to watch Mad Men and Breaking Bad now.

Breaking Bad, and I'm not breaking any news here, was extremely entertaining and is close to a must-watch. I gave Mad Men a shot, and didn't hate it...watched the first season. But it didn't hook me, either. It's not so much that I actively stopped watching, but I realized I didn't really care if I watched or not, so I just let it go.

...or, it's not and you happen to like it better. Which is fine. But you believing that doesn't make it true for everyone. Mad Men was a little overly melodramatic for me.

I enjoyed both MM and BB.

Although Netflix hasn't released the last half of the final season of MM so I haven't seen how it ends yet. Hopefully they get off their asses and release it soon.

MDS

it has nothing to do with netflix and everything to do with the studio
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

PhillyPhreak54

Well farg them too then...I wanna see how it ends

MDS

it generally takes about a year from air date for things to wind up on streaming services. around the time the dvd comes out and they can get it cleared, bla bla money bla bla business stuff.

sorry little dude, you cant have everything you want all the time. gonna have to wait a little bit

I'm in the same boat with MM. Just didn't hook me. The acting/authenticity/sets and all that stuff were top notch.

BB is #2 on my all time show list behind the Wire.
