igy picking Washington?

There's just no reasoning with him.

i think wash wins but i wouldnt be surprised at all if the eagles won...its two not very good teams i happen to like the one who is more rested and is at home

you picked sam bradford to win the superbowl five minutes ago and now are insistent that he be benched for mark sanchez

who is the more reasonable person?

Probably not either of us. You're far one side and I am far the other side.

you had them winning the Super Bowl I had them at 9-7....I had them winning the super bowl a few years ago....you have never had them at 3-13 and maybe never even out if the playoffs

I'm Barry Obama you are Ted Cruz
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Compare me to that wacko again and I'll have lil guy take you out!

i was wayyy off on the game broadcast

its only going to philly and dc areas. dick stockton, who is still alive (?), is doing the game.

it was originally supposed to be broadcast everywhere, but fox swapped it for nyg/buf because both the eagles and wash pro team stink
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

lol sure that'll work

Sooooooo this game could be canceled. LaCanfora is saying that since the teams share a bye week they could play then

thats actually likely what theyll do

moving it up or back is a total pain. so theyll keep it on as scheduled, then make a decision sunday morning.

decent point...not sure precisely what the CBA entails, but the union could block it even though fri-sat-sun-mon could go as their required 4 off days. both sets of players would essentially have to be willing to go without their bye week, which seems far fetched and downright unfair.

maybe we'll get a saturday night special? in the past when games have been moved due to weather, theyve been broadcast in local (and secondary) markets ONLY. no sunday ticket. no nothing. if that's the case, there will be streams and shtein though. not ideal.

if it gets moved to a different city, im thinking: ny, pitt and detroit are the likely sites. the first 2 would obviously depend on the hurricane path. detroit is simply the closest indoor location.

I could see them changing sites IF the NFL compensates $nyder for lost revenue for a home game.

Just be glad it's not on on a frigid Tuesday in December. farging goddamn Vikings game.

Whatever they do - and I like the Saturday night suggestion - I hope it's on TV. Would NCAA and networks object because of lost viewers?

this isnt danny's call. i dont know what the nfl protocol is financially for these instances, but im sure there's one. he'll survive. the question is will he reimburse the fans? legit question.

it wont be on tv nationally. its called the sports broadcasting act of 1961....essentially it prohibits the nfl from airing games against high school and college games, though there are exceptions (for weather!). like i said and you just flew by because you didnt like it. if its moved to saturday, it will air in philly and dc areas and thats it.

jets/bills last year was moved to monday and aired on sunday ticket. theres no laws against mondays. actually im not entirely sure it wont air on sunday ticket. it might. my guess would be no.

Munson

Isn't this thing predicted to make landfall friday-friday night? Seems like moving the game back to saturday night would be out of the question. Will probably be better going off at 1 on Sunday.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

based off this...we're looking ok for the game. we're not looking ok for after the game.
