Ravens look like ass...but its an interdivisional game and the two teams hate each other so it will still bring ratings.

Plus if it sucks then it would be par for the course for lousy football on Thursday nights. That shtein needs to end.

by and large there are the same rate of injuries and the same margin of victories on thursday as the rest of games

the quality of play is different, though unquantifiable and debatable

either way, its there because its watched at the same rate, relative to matchup, as any other nfl window. the public has welcomed thursday night games. they are staying. im certain you watched and will continue to do so.

im typically out on thursdays, but i do watch what i can. i dont mind the games. its about the same as monday night -- fun distraction, but i hate it when the eagles play (except for thanksgiving).

theres a sunday morning game next week, too.

I like the Sunday early early games...those are nice.

I'd get rid of Thursday except for the opening week game and Thanksgiving + balance the schedule for more even early/late distribution.

I also love the late season Saturday games.

the 1st 2 game are actually going to get really solid ratings....unless its a blowout. the mnf game might be a dud.

the eagles/cowboys game was the highest rated week 2 game in a long time, or maybe ever. that game was grotesque. the lesson: people are going to game gamble and draft kings no matter what.
